I had quite a tricky matter and Sargeants were brilliant. Great communication, they're always available and quick to answer emails. They seems to have lots of well qualified people. I was very happy with the job they did.

I dealt with Pam initially and they changed my account manager twice without telling me. Each time I have to find out what is happening by myself and they won't reply emails unless you send numerous reminders! When I had serious questions about the contract and settlement, they ignored me again. My friend told me they used to be good but my experience is really bad with them!

The staff were professional and really went above and beyond. Really a step up from the usual business attitude and experience. That and they saved me a pretty penny too. You bet I'd use them again.
