Sargeants looked after our conveyancing needs when we sold our property at auction in early 2009. We were impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. The whole process went very smoothly so we would be likely to use them again in the future.

I used Sargeants based on WOMOW recommendation and reasonably happy with the result. After settlement however I did have a problem with disbursement of funds done by the bank and found the follow up from Sargaents to be lacking. Fortunately all resolved well.
