ABC Blinds

Don't waste your time and money. They are quick to take a deposit but do not deliver unless its an "easy" job. Booked and paid in June 24- have had 1/5 blinds installed and it was damaged! Installers turned up without ladders so couldn't install. waste of time and money, unless you work from home or don't work don't bother.

ABC blinds are not worth the hassle!! Very Poor install; finished product not as requested; took twice as long to deliver than quoted. They took five goes to correctly install all products; installing incorrectly cut blinds, installing cords and wands on the wrong sides and even installing differently between windows. Measures were incorrect and I was shown twice discontinued fabric. Attention to detail is appalling. Their installers are subcontracted and paid per window, so don’t care if someone else has to come back and fix. One installer had the nerve to refuse to correct a mistake he’d made (that we’d spoken about and confirmed five mins before); had the nerve to argue and revved his car back down the driveway. Each time it took 1-2 weeks to get someone out to resolve issues. End product was not as requested. I wrote a formal complaint which was only half resolved and after 3 weeks of no proactive word from them, it seems I need to chase them up again.

Bad experience with their repair team. I do not recommend.

Today I went into ABC Blinds and experienced good old fashioned customer service with a great product - Grazie Mille (Thank you a 1,000 times) Di, you saved me running around a plethora of shops. I only wish the same level of service was given by all the stores/shops I go to - Anthony Paonni

I am surprised this company is still in business! I had Nova blinds installed over 6 weeks ago. Have called and emailed numerous times and no one gets back to me, don't waste your money on this company!

I had Joanna as a sales person and she was terrific!
Very polite and helpful.
She made my time there very pleasant and she had a great can do attitude. No matter what I needed she was there to help. 100% would recommend to anyone!

Terrible installation and terrible customer service! Would not recommend! We had outdoor blinds installed incorrectly 2 months ago they have been back twice to fix it and there are still problems. When contacting them im being made to feel like its unreasonable that im now frustrated and keep claiming their installer is great so they can't see how there is a problem and that we told him not to fix it which makes no sense. Also I sent an email 2 days ago after speaking with their manager and haven't even received a reply or acknowledged that iv contacted them!

Quote, measurement and installation completed in a timely manner. Installers were clean, quick and unobtrusive. Price was excellent and minor corrections promised within a week. Blinds look terrific! Also love the mechanism.

Recently purchased blinds from abc blinds wangara , we were extremely happy with the product and service . After sales service also went above and beyond.

Hi had some panel blinds installed last week and the they came on time and polite when they arrive to installed them which they also cleaned up after installing the panel blinds which they look beautiful and my wife love them. Thanks ABC Blinds For beautiful blinds which you installed.

Hi I just had some roller blinds installed by ABC Blinds and they did a great job installing them which they look good. the installer was great when he installed the roller blinds for me and I want to say thank you for the installer for installing the roller blinds on my window .

I got some blinds at ABC blinds which they have gave me a good price for this vision blinds which I had ABC installed for me. Which was came on time and the installer also cleaned up after they had installed the vision blinds for me. I would recommend to my friends and other people and good work ABC blinds keep up the good work.

I had some vision blinds installed by ABC Blinds and they came over to measure the window and the salesman was nice and his name was Ralph from Wangra show room, he did a good measuring the window and fitted just perfect when the fitter installed them good work ABC Blinds and to Ralph..

I had some vertical blinds install at my house and they look great and the fitter was polite by introducing him self when he arrive at the house and did a great job installing them.. had some friends came over and they like it as well.

We had a very helpful and patient salesman who helped us a great deal and gave us a great price on the products.
Razak and Taqriq arrived early on the due date and were very efficient and tidy in fitting our three auto blinds and a pergola blind. We try and buy local and were pleased we did with ABC blinds. Highly recommended.

We have recently built a new home and needed a house full of blinds and outdoor blinds. So we visited Sagi at the Cannington Superstore. Sagi was great - explained the difference between all the blinds and curtains - answered our questions and left us to make fabric decisions. The curtains - blinds and verticals were installed last week by Owen. They are all brilliant and the workmanship is terrific. Owen was very professional and efficient in his approach to installing the blinds and curtains. I loved the magnet which picked up every sliver of metal ! Owen even took away the packaging and left me to admire my new house with its new blinds and curtains - Thanks ABC !

The service at ABC Blinds is excellent as the employees work fast and efficiently. Even though they worked fast the quality of the product did not diminish, in which the end result turn out to be amazing. The outdoor zip screens created a calm and relaxing environment as it gave the backyard a modern feel to it. Special thanks to Chris the rep for all the advice, office co-ordinator Pam and Razak for doing a magnificent job.

Service was great and they were very fast at supplying the blinds. Installer, Owen, was helpful and efficient.

I RECENTLY HAD ABC CREAM "WOODEN" VENETIAN BLINDS FITTED ON MY TWO LARGE KITCHEN-
/MEALS AREA WINDOWS AND TWO LARGE CREAM VERTISHEER "CURTAINS" FITTED IN MY GAMES ROOM (ONE OVER A SLIDING DOOR). ALL WERE FITTED BY FARAZ WHO DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HE WAS FINISHED AND THE BLINDS AND CURTAINS LOOK AMAZING? RALPH ALSO DID A GREAT JOB WITH THE MEASURE AND QUOTE. ONE BLIND WAS TOO LONG (DESPITE CORRECT MEASUREMENT BY RALPH) BUT THIS WAS PROMPTLY REPLACED.. GREAT PRICE TOO!!

Great service and recommendation received from both the sales person Ralph and then from Rob who installed our curtains.

From measure and quote to first installation was a week. Unfortunately 4 blinds had to be re-cut as initial measurement was incorrect. When first blinds were installed they were rolling from behind (Others in house are forward). When I mentioned this I was informed that all the blinds would be going that way and it was to late to change. When the other 4 blinds were installed a week later I mentioned to the installer, Faraz that the blinds were not rolling how I liked, quick as a flash he changed the direction on the blinds. Very happy with Faraz. Quick, clean and on time.
