ABC Blinds

Could not be happier with the level of service provided by ABC blinds, they were more than accommodating to my needs. Due to the fact that I had to arrange to have scaffolding for the fitter to measure one window, they were able to have the blind manufactured by the next day which saved me the cost of having to hire scaffolding for a second time just to have the blind fitted. I will definitely be recommending them.

Entire new house fitted for roller blinds. Office staff were disinterested. Sales and measure guy very good. Initial fitter good. But product had to be re cut and the debacle getting them to come and do it was worst ever. I reported issue the week after installation as blinds were running crooked, getting caught and frayed in teeth. Mid November. Promised to call back, didn't. After a minimum of 8 attempts on my behalf to get someone out finally did mid Feb. Poorest customer service in our entire home building/decorating experience. Couldn't be more disappointed and blinds still not great but do not want to deal with ABC Wangara ever again. So will make do until replacement necessary and will give ABC a very wide birth.

First installer: Installed blind unevenly and too much light was still coming through the gaps so he needed to return, only he didn't show up for the second appointment. Another appointment was made, he did not show up for this either. Another installer was sent and he said it was best we have an external shutter fitted, not the roman installed. I had trouble getting anyone to call me back via the main phone number. The company disagreed an external shutter was needed and sent someone else out to look at it. He was meant to call 30 mins before turning up only he didn't. I wasn't home at the time he dropped in to leave his note saying he had called. Calls were esculated to Management. Installer returned to assess the work, agreed it was not installed evenly and the company offered to make a pelmet free of charge to addres the light coming through at the top. This entire process took approximately 2 months for ONE blind to be installed in my home.

paid in full and was suppose to be in urgently that week. Three times I had to chase it up. Still waiting after a week and the time I was told. Still no show. I do not and will not recommend abc blinds to anyone. There service is appauling for delivery but quick at taking your money. I was warned by many people about this company. I didnt listen. Now I have learnt my lesson myself. Shame on you people.

We had all our internal blinds as well as cafe blinds made and installed by this company. They are good quality and the price was very competitive too. They also did a good job installing them.

service in the office when I first attended was awful young attendant couldnt care no service I left and ordered my blinds from another shop unfortunatly this business will not be receiving MY business

blinds odered in april incorrect time given for fitting had to wait 2 more hours than advised blind fitted on 2nd of may is wrong size told they would ring on monday the fifth for new blind have still not heard from them now may the 26th
