We are sorry to hear of your disappointment in the way that we at ABT handled your complaint. We always take every care and precaution for the safety and well-being of any pets in our care including health checks during their day-care stay. It was very unfortunate that we could not agree on a resolution with this matter despite contacting you and offering assistance including meeting you in person to discuss this the week after the occurrence. We highly value your 2 years of support as a loyal client and would have loved to have been able to come to a resolution to support you and your dog Justice in this situation. Despite trying it seemed there was no resolution we could offer you that you felt would be adequate on our behalf.
