I have used Aaron twice to fix burst water pipes in my house. These jobs required lots of crawling under the house and awkward work, and Aaron did it all with a pleasant demeanour and professional approach (including once in the rain). In one case, the work Aaron had to do was caused by a previous poor plumbing job, and he explained to me his choice of materials and why he thinks they're the best for the job. Aaron has always been able to come on the day that I phoned, calls an hour before arriving to confirm, and also provides a professional receipt. I have tried a number of different plumbers, but will never use anyone else now that I have found Aaron, who is so professional, reliable and also very pleasant.
