Great service, fantastic very friendly

I had to get an air conditioner replaced and Mark turned up when they said he would. No fuss and he was very thorough with the installation. He spent time explaining how it worked and adjusted it to the best setting for my room. Highly recommended!

Steve came out to check our heating service as it had stopped working. He arrived promptly and was extremely friendly - something you don't normally find with home services these days.
He immediately checked the unit and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. I was also amazed at the length he went to in order to determine what was causing the fault.

Steve even checked the air conditioning unit and provided some great advice on how to keep it working when it stops.

I was extremely impressed with the high level of customer service and will definitely be recommending him to others who need this kind of service!
