Very disappointing service, car didn't turn up for booking that was made two months in advance, then three cars were sent for another booking and I was charged for all three even though I only ordered one. It took ten days for me to get a refund after nine phone calls. Thanks to Lucia for finally sorting my refund out for me. Will not use or recommend again.

Very poor communication, unprofessional. First booked me incorrectly wrt time and then double charged fare (having previously booked me on the wrong date on another occasion) - then took 5 phone calls to correct/refund and still waiting for corrected tax invoice. Was very tired of hearing - "will get back to you in a few minutes" Then on the day of car collection 25 minutes late - think they had "lost" the booking

Prior to leaving for WA in mid-February I booked for a chauffeured service pick-up for the 2 March from Outer Harbor where our ship arrived... we waited for ages, no pick-up!! Finally we left be ordinary taxi. It does not deserve any stars, but the system requires some input.

I have found the quality of the service provided depends heavily upon the luck of the draw re drivers. I choose to use chauffeured vehicles for airport transfers because the prices are set, the cars arrive on time, the cars are clean, the drivers don't need to be directed and I love having my bags carried and doors opened for me! For 4 out of my last 8 bookings the service was literally no better than in a cab (based on the criteria above) plus I've been quoted and in some cases charged (when I wasnt paying attention) rates that varied between $28 and $37 for the same trip home from the airport (and yes this is depite the airport toll I'm aware needs to be added and which I'm fine with). I've never dirtied a cab, asked for extra passengers to be added or extra stops to be made, or kept a driver waiting so I'm baffled. There are some absolutely fantastic drivers working for this company and if I could be assured to get one of them with every booking I would stick with this company. As it stands... Ive given them more than a fair go so now it may be taxis, Uber, or another chauffeured vehicle company until these guys work on getting their consistency above 50% (across driver service and pricing).

Absolutely shocking service. Booked 2 cars for my son's wedding. They were so late it put the wedding behind. I booked and paid for 2 cars of the same make and model and same colour. I got 2 completely different model cars and 2 different colours. I have rung and emailed numerous times and they just don't respond. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Absolute joke.

The driver turned up late. He smelled and was wearing leather shoes with no socks (weird) and all he did was complain loudly about his company. The car was ok but I've been in much cleaner and newer chauffeured cars. I WOULD NOT use these guys again.

Adelaide Impressions have been around for years. They are a great company because of their personalised service, flexibility, friendliness, attention to detail, professionalism, and promptness and reliability. I hired them for our wedding last year. They arrived early to pick us up, and even let us stop for a loo break on the way! The driver was very friendly and talking to him helped to calm my nerves. They have some beautiful vehicles - I hired the Statesman which was lovely, but they also have a classic Ford Galaxie, Jaguars, and a mini bus too. Frequent clients can also get a Corporate Card, which gives you discount and quicker bookings. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again.

Loved it. Enjoyed the fact the drivers were more professional, and the fact that the meter wasn't running the whole time was very reassuring. The drivers are very friendly, and I always know they are going to pick me up on time and it will be an inexpensive ride :)

A prearranged price for a transport services that makes you feel like you do not have to be watching the meter during the whole journey. The traffic conditions do not add to your fare in anyway. They arrived on time, help with bags and were friendly and professional
