Excellent service. A manufacturing defect of my microwave was at a glance detected and the report was send to the customer care center and the unit was replaced in 2 to 3 days.

Our Sharp 70" led tv decided to stop working. Since it is still under warranty, we contacted Sharp, who recomended Adept as thier service agent. I rang Adept and a tech came out on the same day to look at the tv. He actually did get the tv working, but was not happy that the set was working correctly, so we put the tv into his van and he took it away for furthur inspection. We were told it would be three or four days, but the set was back within two days and working perfectly again

they consulted on our caravan's lithting systems to 'stand alone utilising solar panels and battery systems. Fantastic job. haven't had a problem since. they also undertook repairs to the power supply on our old van several years ago. that repair was effectively and competently done on time and under budget
