EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. Duct Masters have cancelled on me twice, an hour past the time the technician was supposed to arrive. Was told on both occasions that the technician was unwell and this is why they wanted to reschedule my booking. Not once, but twice. Wasn't offered any kind of compensation/discount if I was to go ahead and book with them for a third time. Very unprofessional company. Definitely avoid.
