Absolutely excellent from point of contact to repair . Lovely lady that answered the phone , very friendly and helpful. Our issue had been going on for a year and three other air con repairers later , before we ended up calling out air conditioning industries. They were honest, straight up and actually fixed our air conditioner on the day and knew exactly what the issue was . Highly recommend , very honest and trustworthy and knowledgeable business that actually do fix and repair your air conditioner and really do the service that is required and paid for. The only thing I can say I regret is not calling them the first time our air conditioner broke down.

Had my air conditioning serviced today. Lovely guy arrived on time . He was very careful not to damage anything unlike a lot of tradesmen. Good efficient service. The 2 men were nice, polite and informative. My repair was not cost effective due to the age and problems, so I am going to use this company to fit a new system as happy with all aspects of service.

This firm is brilliant to deal with from Sherlie in the office to Aaron who came to quote and also their team of installers. All queries were answered quickly and explained in depth. I was informed of the time and date the installers would arrive and they proved to be very prompt. The crew who came to do the installation worked well as a team and had 2 Airconditioners installed in a very short time with no mess and no fuss. They went to the trouble of going over the instructions with me before leaving. I couldn’t speak highly enough of these for young men who are very pleasant and polite. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Airconditioning Industries WA and would like to thank them for a job well done

After living in our house for many years we finally decided to install air-conditioning. Aaron was of great assistance in helping us decide on the best plan for split systems in several rooms.
When time came for the install Aaron and the team were very organized, quickly completing a large task and leaving the work areas very clean. Very happy with the final result

I've used Aaron and his team before to service our system and recommend them all the time but this was the first time we got to see just how good they are. Our PCB board and controller died. It was a costly job and I wasn't going to use anyone else except Aaron. I like to know what I'm paying for, why things break down etc and Aaron explained it all so well and gave me the confidence to proceed with getting our system fixed.

Aaron and his team are friendly, respectful, easy to talk to, tidy, and efficient. Very knowledgable, engaging and confident in what they do. Shirl in the office is very friendly, efficient and keeps you in the loop regarding sourcing parts/delivery times etc.

If you're building or looking at air conditioning , talk to Aaron first about your needs. His insight and experience could save you thousands in the long run. Can't recommend them enough.

This company is fantastic was right on top of the problem with my air conditioner. Had it fixed in no time. They kept me informed, was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend them.

These guys know what they are doing and fix whatever is wrong. Very professional, friendly and courteous. Shirley in admin is spot on also. Kyle attended today and diagnosed the problem. Really nice guy. If you want to make sure your aircon problems are fixed then these are the guys for you. Dont look anywhere else.
