Great service, had to have a call back, they were on it straight away, minor adjustment, problem fixed. Professional, clean courteous. Excellent office staff as well followed through on a query we had then followed it up with phone contact to ensure we got what we asked for. Highly recommend them all, will be keeping them in our folder of people to recall if needed.

Shirley is a pleasure to deal with on the phone, and both Shirley and Glen went above and beyond to help my Mum getting her air-conditioning working again. Good customer service still does exist. My initial enquiry and request for service/maintenance was dealt with extremely well. Aaron was on site within 24 hours and expertly carried out the necessary repairs to our old evaporative air conditioner - and along the way pointed out some other issues which needed attention. Won't hesitate to contact him again if required.
