Absolutely excellent from point of contact to repair . Lovely lady that answered the phone , very friendly and helpful. Our issue had been going on for a year and three other air con repairers later , before we ended up calling out air conditioning industries. They were honest, straight up and actually fixed our air conditioner on the day and knew exactly what the issue was . Highly recommend , very honest and trustworthy and knowledgeable business that actually do fix and repair your air conditioner and really do the service that is required and paid for. The only thing I can say I regret is not calling them the first time our air conditioner broke down.

Had my air conditioning serviced today. Lovely guy arrived on time . He was very careful not to damage anything unlike a lot of tradesmen. He cleaned and checked my air conditioning was in good working order. Great service and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Air conditioning Industries W.A

Good efficient service. The 2 men were nice, polite and informative. My repair was not cost effective due to the age and problems, so I am going to use this company to fit a new system as happy with all aspects of service.

This firm is brilliant to deal with from Sherlie in the office to Aaron who came to quote and also their team of installers. All queries were answered quickly and explained in depth. I was informed of the time and date the installers would arrive and they proved to be very prompt. The crew who came to do the installation worked well as a team and had 2 Airconditioners installed in a very short time with no mess and no fuss. They went to the trouble of going over the instructions with me before leaving. I couldn’t speak highly enough of these for young men who are very pleasant and polite. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Airconditioning Industries WA and would like to thank them for a job well done
