The people from Airconditioning Industries - in particular Aaron - went out of their way to ensure my elderly parents had an airconditioning system installed during a spell of very hot weather after their old system had failed with parts no longer available. They did it quickly; at a fair price and were sincere about my parents welfare. Their care and consideration is outstanding. I would certainly recommend AICWA to anyone.

The serviceman Adrian arrived on time - was clean and personable and explained what was needed and what he was doing to ensure the air conditioner would continue to function efficiently.

Aaron and his team completed the replacement of our unit with a minimum of fuss. Much appreciated in what must be a very busy time leading into summer.

They came on time and gave appropriate briefing on technical & usage of the air conditioning unit before installation. Their team had good work co-ordination rendering no delay in installation and did a good clean up afterward. I would undoubtedly summarise their service as efficient, responsible & friendly.

Aaron and his team arrived on time and did a quality install with minimal disruption. They knew what they were doing and he was happy to explain any questions we had. The removal of the old unit and the install of a new 8kw unit was done quickly and cleanly. Very impressed.

if your looking for real, honest, quality workmanship then you cant go past Aaron and his team. I have an older system and I was kept informed through the whole process to ensure I didn't waste my money. I have been a home owner for more than 20 years and have used many service technicians over the years for all sorts of job and Aaron's team would be the best.

We had Aaron out to install two new grills, install a new split system and service our Evaporative system. During the quoting process he explained everything clearly with different options to consider in our situation. He arrived on time, completed the work to excellent standard and even cleaned up after himself!! We would happily recommend him to anyone.

I had these guys come out and service the 6 aircon units at my workshop. They were prompt, non disruptive with workshop productivity and explained everything that was done. Quality service at a decent price. Without doubt, I will use them again.

Aaron came over to have a look at my aircon that wasn't working properly ( and hadn't been serviced in in a very long time). He was very honest and upfront about what needed to be done and showed us exactly what was wrong.
He provided a quick quote and got straight onto the job shortly afterwards, as we were very happy with the price he quoted.
Our system works like new now and we have had him back to provide a cover and will get regular servicing with him form now on. Great service. Highly recommended!

I had 2 split systems installed in my living area and my bedroom. I had a couple of other quotes that were comparable price wise but the guys that came out didn't seem particularly interested. Aaron from air conditioning industries was very approachable and friendly over the phone and was able to come out and install within the week. He and his apprentice were efficient and cleaned up after they had finished the job.
