Phil reviewed our internet/network setup in our workplace made cost efficient recommendations that worked, and ended up costing us very little. In a brain fade moment, I let a cryptolock virus into my laptop. Alders computer repairs - although unable to unlock the affected files - was able to clean up, restore some files and set me up ready to go quickly & cheaply given the time it must have taken. Based on this experience, I would definitely use them again & highly recommend them to others.

Our computer was suffering, very sluggish from pop-ups and multiple nasties running in the background. It was collected from and delivered back to our door. Phil explained what the problem was and had it all done in 24hrs. Very highly recommended.
