Having had a bad experience previously I was wanting a Conveyancer that was not really expensive, but still reliable to do the job for us. Did some research and saw that Lead Conveyancing had some good reviews so after talking to Francis and getting a quote for all costs in writing, we decided to use them. The process was pretty seamless, settlement went through quickly and with good communication which is what we wanted. Kristine and Francis looked after us very well and I believe the fees were very fair and reasonable plus exactly as per what was quoted prior to engaging them. Definitely a much better experience than our previous one!

Phil was very easy to talk to and obviously knew his business. I thought initially I would need to take my Mac down to Melbourne to get it fixed, but he was able to do this for me at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend him based on my experience and very happy to have local computer back up when I need it - which is most of the time!
