Do not hire this tiler. Alex came to my house, quoted for a bathroom tiling job and I agreed for him to do the job, he told me he would start two days later. On miring he was due to start he sent me a text at 5.03am, saying ”Morning, woke up not feeling that crash hot and with a sore throat, will have to follow procedures to be cautious..

I thought ok, he could be sick and with Covid, he is doing the right thing. I asked him to let me know when he could next do my job. Haven’t heard from him since. Wouldn’t reply to messages or answer. Now I know my job wasn’t that big, but he was the one who told me when he wanted to start. I found him through Hipages. And he had been active on hipages every day since. Alex if you didn’t want to do my job, be a man and say you didn’t want to do it. No problem, but you have wasted a week of my time, waiting for you to let me know. In closing, people don’t employ this man, completely unreliable and more importantly I courteous and deceitful. Stay clear of him…..

Alex did a fantastic job removing tiles and laying replacement tiles around our reshaped kitchen. The pressure was on as the job required all but one of our spare tiles.

Alex was on time, would text or phone ahead to say when he was coming, was very courteous and economically priced. We will definitely have him back when it comes to doing the bathrooms. We highly recommend Alex!
