My hair now looks shiny and modern, it also feels healthier than it has for years. Her prices are very reasonable and she is mindful of only doing what is essential each visit to keep the price manageable. Alicia is also a lovely person who makes you feel comfortable and looked after. She is skilled in striking that balance between having a nice chat and providing a little 'quite time' to read some up to date magazines.

Alicia is an excellent hairdresser and provides that after customer service to ensure that you look after your hair at home as well. I have been to bad hairdressers and started to dye my own hair. I arrived on the Gold Coast 14 years ago - from Melbourne - a city where you take an ordinary event such as going to the hairdressers and getting the results you want, for granted. So I was shocked when I was unable to find a hairdresser on the GC who was capable of doing a really good, professional colour and cut until I recently discovered Alicia!! Having been blonde for many years I was anxious to try another colour - copper as a base colour keeping part of my blonde hair as highlights. Anyone who has had a copper colour before knows that you need a very talented hairdresser who really knows how to mix their colours so that you don't ending up with a cheap, brassy looking colour. I was absolutely thrilled with the result - instead of "brassy" my colour actually looks really "classy"! Thank you so much Alicia.
