I was very happy with Alicia doing my hair for the first time, not only did Alicia sit down and talk to to me what I'd like to do with my hair she discussed the condition of my hair and put me on a little maintenance program to fix my very damaged hair, I have never had such great service from a hairdresser before. She explains each step while colouring it and showed me ways of styling my hair without using a straightening iron. Very happy:)

Alicia is a rare commodity in the hairdressering business. She actually listens to your concerns, understanding everyone has a different perspective as what their style is, and knowing not everyone wants to look like everyone else.

Unlike other hairdressers that just slap on the colour you request and dont question, Alicia explained we would need to colour my hair in stages so my hair would not become damaged due to the fine texture ,as we started the first faze and I finally had my long hair Cut and styled the result was amazing!
