I placed an order for a mower part over 3 months ago, which was fully paid for and was meant to be available and expected to be delivered within a couple of weeks from placing the order - instead of receiving the part, I received a series of generic and very meaningless messages over a span of a couple of months, saying there was delays being experienced due to a range of reasons, Covid off-course being one reason... then after all that wait, the wrong part was shipped... trying to speak to someone or get answers about what had happened (called numerous times and sent many email messages) - again all I got was random useless email messages, signed by different names, then after expressing my frustration and demanding to speak to management of this supposedly awesome family owned Australian business, I get a message from yet another person, saying they are now dealing with the case and will endeavor to resolve my concerns. This was more than 2 weeks ago and still have no resolution
What has pushed me to write this review NOW, and this is the bizarre part, is the message I just received from the customer service manager "Justin" and I quote "Thank you for your recent purchase from All Mower Spares. We hope you'll take a couple of minutes to write a review for the purchased products and share your experience with other customers. We would appreciate it very much you helping our Australian Owned Family business."
Justin I replied to your message requesting that you call me - I really hope you do as I've been without a working mower for more than 3 months now and I don't know what you want me to do with the wrong part I received (probably for some other poor customer who has been waiting for their part to arrive).... absolutely terrible
