Needed a 6mm Table Top clear-glass measuring 1800x900. The courteous Gent on the phone gave me an immediate and exact quote, including delivery, which I wanted - but was optional. The glass was cut, rounded and delivered to me in under 3hrs for $240 (+delivery for $20).

To complete the picture of my fantastic experience, all this on a Friday arvo between 2 and 5pm! Wow!

I've used All Points Glass Bulleen on a couple of occasions. I've always found them to be very responsive, usually coming to quote on the job within a few hours. The quality of their work is very good. There appears to be a small degree of disarray and miscommunication behind the scenes but this hasn't materially impacted me as a customer but something you need to watch in dealing with them. Overall a good fast service at a reasonable price.

I needed to get some glass replaced on a picture frame (it fell off the wall and the glass smashed). They were really friendly on the phone and said I could come on by anytime. When I got there, after a quick look at the frame the guy said it would take him 10 minutes - he did it on the spot for a very reasonable price. I was really impressed, especially as I'd thought they only did bigger jobs.
