This company should be avoided at all costs. It is advertised as a budget conveyancing company, and on first phone call, they are keen for your business; however after that their service is awful. We engaged them to be our conveyancer, but their were many errors in the Section 32 they prepared, which they did not correct, and this nearly jeopardized the sale of our property. Phone calls were unanswered at their office, and when they were answered, I was hung up on!
Their advertised price is cheap, but you really do pay for what you get - go anywhere else!

Had a lovely long weekend here recently. The apartment was very well appointed with modern furnishings, a full kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher etc), a spa bath, washing machine and dryer, vacuum, iron etc etc! Everything you would need to make your stay comfortable without having to bring anything from home. It also had a balcony with table and chairs to relax on.

The swimming pool and spa attached to it at the appartments were great - the spa was really hot and the swimming pool lovely to cool down in. There was a bbq next to the pool with tables and chairs and also sun loungers by the pool.

It was really close to the beach and the restaurants and shops along the esplanade. A Coles just opposite made it easy to stock up the pantry for holiday food.

The only downside was that it was a little bit noisy on the weekend with people leaving the pubs etc quite late but I am a bit of a light sleeper.

All in all it was a lovely place to stay and I would be happy to go back there again.

A great newsagency, packed full of useful items. It stocks all the standard newsagency goods of newspapers, magazines, cards and stationery.

It also stocks a lot of aussie rules memorabilia (you will see this displayed at the front of the shop and just inside), it has a selection of educational kids posters, and it is also a Ticketmaster outlet for all the latest concerts.

Really great food here - you won't be disappointed. The chicken green curry is fantastic, but I don't think you can go wrong with whatever you order off the menu.

You should book ahead, and they are often booked out especially on a Friday/Saturday night. I have shown up on a off-chance that they might have a spare table on a couple of occassions but haven't had any luck.

The cakes and pies here are delicious (if I could underline that I would!). There is a lot of seating to have a snack or lunch inside, with a cup of tea or coffee.

They also do an amazing range of cakes for special occassions, I have bought a number of cakes for birthdays here - I recommend the white chocolate caramel cake - divine - and they do loads of different styles. The cake range for special occasions is on a iPad for you to look through. I have bought in a photo for them to scan onto a cake before, and the effect is really great. I gave them a weeks notice to make the latest cake I ordered, but I don't know what the minimum time is.

This is a great Indian restaurant, with a good menu choice, the food is good quality and well prepared. If you like Indian food, you should love this place. The tandoori chicken and the lamb rogan josh is especially good.

I have only order take-away from here, but there have always been people eating in when I have gone to collect it. The service is quick and friendly and there is heaps of parking outside.

This review is for Orange Fin Fish & Chips, Watsonia VIC

A nice fish and chip shop - they do the standard fish and chip menu, with burgers, rolls, steak sandwiches and souvlaki too. I have only had seafood from here, with chips and it's been great everytime. They do have a mars bar in batter on the menu, but I've never felt unhealthy enough to try it!

It can take a while for it to be ready, but there is an IGA just across from Orange Fin to get any grocery's needed while you're waiting, or you can phone your order through to them then pick it up when it's ready.

This review is for TT Charcoal Chicken, Watsonia VIC

Perfect for an easy lunch - they do great charcoal chickens (1/4 1/2 or whole), chips and salads (as well as burgers, potatoes, drinks etc). I often have a 1/4 chicken chips and salad here and it's always been well cooked and tasty.

It doesn't take long from them to prepare - the chickens are usually all ready as are the salads and there is enough time to pop into one or two shops while they get the chips ready.

There isn't anywhere to eat inside, it is takeaway only, but they do have a couple of seats to wait on if you want.

I purchased a light fitting here, and was very impressed by the choice provided. They have a wide range of ceiling lights, table lamps, and some very cute children's lights too.

My light was on display but not in stock, however it only took a week to come into the store for me to collect. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the stock and also the best globes to put in.

This review is for Grocery Run, Moorabbin VIC

I decided to try buying off groceryrun.com.au after someone let me know that she had found some pampas nappies on the site (which aren't widely available in Australia). Unfortunately when I looked for them there weren't any left - but did find quite a few other products to buy to make the shipping costs ($11) worth it.

I bought 5 boxes of dishwaher tablets - which will last me a year easily and because they were so much cheaper than in the shops, made the cost of shipping back. Some other things I saw and purchased were wet-wipes, muesli bars, fabric conditioner and some tins of tomato.

There are limits on the numbers of each item that you can purchase and there are not always the same goods on the site.

I found it good for stocking up on non-perishable goods and adding in some perishable goods which were good value and I would use soon.

They arrived well within the two week period, and they were sent by Australian Post Parcel - so if you're not in, you can pick up your package from the post office. Luckily I was in when they came as the box was pretty heavy!
