I moved into a rental home that was ridden with cat urine and used numerous carpet cleaners to try and get the smell out to no prevail. I had Greg from ChemDry come and have a look at it and he was awesome. He was honest, straightforward and very customer orientated. If the smell hadn't soaked straight through the underlay into the cement slab beneath (and if this was known prior to commencing) then I have no doubt that it would have done the job...unfortunately it didn't work as the carpet had 2 years of urine through it and it was out of anyones scope to fix - and the carpet needs to be completely replaced and slab sealed. However, Greg provided us with a cement deodoriser thingy that weakened the smell for the time being (which might I add, no other carpet cleaner would have been kind enough to do that FREE of charge!!!) so that the house was more comfortable until new carpet could be laid. I would highly recommend this ChemDry agent as he values and believes in the product that he uses and he will do anything in his power to give you the best possible service for your money. Well worth the money...that the Landlords spent on it!! Five stars just for the customer service we received!!!

All Seasons Chem-Dry came and cleaned my house and these guys get all stains out. My previous carpet cleaner said that these spots and stains could not be removed. He removed them in no time at all. Why have I been using steam cleaners and these dry cleaners before. I will tell everyone - use Chem-Dry!

I called this business and they responded to my cry for help ASAP, was moving out of rental house and found HUGE stains on the carpet as I moved furniture out!!!! The service was very professional and helpful and prompt and ALL the stains were GONE!!!!!! Thank you for all your help you have my business forever!!!!
