As per the other reviews. Rude, obnoxious, changed time of bin drop off and then swore at us when we said we could not be there with $$, which by the way was more expensive than advertised. Told us to F off and that no bin would be coming.

Do not use this business.

'Joseph' was rude to me, my builder and my wife.
He hung the phone up in my ear and despite assurances the bin would be picked up on a certain day, complete no show.
Works on a cash only basis and wants to be paid upfront. Dodgy!

Completley agree with the below comment!!! I moved back from townsville and had so many things i needed to be rid of, plus doing some renovations so hired a skip and they came late, so i lost over 3 hours of packing time and refused to compensate me in any way.

I hired 6m skip from these guys who I chose as they were the cheapest I could find. Big mistake! They said they would drop the bin off at 8am, didn't turn up until 10am. After confirming on 3 separate occasions that the bin would be collected on saturday, they then picked it up a day early when no-one was home.

Not only had I not finished filling the bin, but I had paid extra to put building waste in it i.e. concrete & bricks. I'm now left with a huge pile of bricks & concrete sitting in the middle of my bedroom that I don't know what to do with.

They were extremely rude when I called to ask them why they had picked it up a day early. They basically said that it wasn't their problem that I hadn't finished with the bin.

I would NEVER use these scumbags again & definitely do not recommend them. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
