I contacted hilocal.com.au on a Friday at 6am to put out contact for a same day mattress cleaning (which was an emergency)
I had initially been quoted $81 in the first place via email (specifying exactly what the mattress had been soiled with - dog urine), the phone call alerting me that the technician would be on his way soon the customer service rep mentioned over the phone at the last minute that a treatment for dog urine would cost an extra $45... 'hmm okay' I thought.
The technician comes out (he was a friendly man), and virtually only cleans two spots on the bed without cleaning the entire mattress (I felt the mattress after he left and two spots were wet and the rest of the mattress was bone dry? $126 for two spots to be cleaned? I don't think so)
So I phoned the company the next day to talk to them about this and if it was correct procedure, considering how much I was paying in total. The customer service staff on the phone seemed surprised and indicated that it was not, and she would send another technician out two days later.
The day of the second technician cleaning the mattress, the man that turned up was quite unfriendly, visibly annoyed that he was there, which made me feel a little awkward while I was trying to explain the situation. He took the mattress downstairs to put it on obviously dirty concrete without any towels to lay it on (the first tech put towels down and cleaned the mattress upstairs and was kind enough to leave it drying on top of the clean towels he brought with him)

The whole experience with this company has made me unhappy and I will never use them again and will tell family and friends not to bother as well.

What a pain the entire ordeal was.

The Shane's from allseasons carpet cleaning were terrific with cleaning our rugs this afternoon. The communication was professional and the service was efficient and impeccable, as they were able to complete our five rugs within 45 minutes. They left our rugs smelling just like new. We will be contacting them again in the near future.
