Does anyone know where this salon has gone?! Used to get my Keratin here and they were the best - would love to follow the owner (or if anyone knows if they are re-opening?)

Horrible experience with a Groupon voucher for 6 laser hair sessions. The beauty therapist stopped working there after my first 2 sessions and I did not receive a call or message from them to let me know my third appointment had been cancelled because they didn't have a replacement for her. I was informed in an extremely rude manner on arrival at the salon.
I was also told I would receive a partial refund for my voucher as they wouldn't be getting a replacement beauty therapist, but I have not received a cent, nor have they returned any of my calls or emails regarding this. Completely dodgy! Sounds like these guys consistently rip their customers off.

I first went to Alure after purchasing a Keratin treatment on Groupon. I was so pleased with the result and the service from Tammy. I was thrilled with how my hair looked so I made a second appointment for a balayage treatment and an updo, however upon arriving I was told that there would be a half hour wait, which quickly turned into 45 minutes. I was disappointed not to have been called in advance as this was on the day of an event (hence the updo), and time was limited. Thankfully I had allowed enough time for my preparation not to be a complete disaster. Hopefully this was a once off. I would recommend the treatments at Alure, however urge them to work on customer service.

Everyone is so friendly and warming you feel like part of the family! All the haidressers listen to what you want and do it. Fantastic colourists and stylists. The only downfall is you need to book in advance they're always busy.

I got my hair lightened for the first time, and I was really scared of the idea of bleaching my hair.
But the hair dresser was amazing! she talked me through it at the start of the treatment and all throughout the treatment, she ever gave me after care advice!
My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it, and I even got a discount card for next time I come.
I highly recommend this hair dresser.

I bought a Groupon deal for a balayage and i was so happy with it! the staff were so friendly and really knew what they were doing, would definitely recommend Priscilla as she is amazing with balayage! I have been there twice now and could not be happier, i absolutely love my hair!

When I went there I found it quiet but clinical. Staff were friendly but the salon lacked a nice atmosphere and staff seemed tense for some reason. The service was adequately executed and the prices were reasonable for that area. Not going back there though as it lacked warmth and didn't seem inviting.

Even being short staffed they managed to make it a very pleasant experience. The staff and owners were friendly and welcoming and provided great service. The application and Keratin straightening treatment product were both excellent.

Went and tried these guys out with a Scoopon Voucher. Paid for a cut, half head of foils and a deep conditioning treatment. I wanted to get blonde foils and was seeking some feedback from the stylist in regards to what looked good. She just shrugged and said i dont know pick which colour you like (she had a hair sample board). All the colours on the board looked awful. It was very hard for me to choose and she seemed unable to give me any direction or advice. I said well can you just make it blonde similar to what i had already. Yep sure she said and off she went. In the meantime the owners husband continued to sit at the front desk talk that loud that when i was having my consultation i could hardly hear what they stylist was saying. He was arguing on the phone with someone. It was very off putting. The stylist seemed to do the foils okay and then took me to the basin to wash them off. She then put a tint over my hair which is usual practice. After she washed the tint off my hair was very quickly washed again and i was taken to have my hair cut (Note - No treatment was given as stated in the voucher). She asked me how i wanted my hair cut and i explained that i just wanted a trim. No problem. All seemed to be going well until she started blow drying my hair. I dont know what her definition of blonde is but my hair certainly was not blonde. It was BROWN. I think that when she tinted my hair she used a tint that was to dark because you could not see any blonde foils through my hair. My hair was basically all of the same colour BROWN. That was bad enough. As for the cut. I looked like i had been taken to by a 5 year old with scissors. Talk about the jagged look. None of my hair was even. The layers in my hair were thick and horrible. While i was there a lady came in to complain about her hair also. The loud talking man at the front didnt even know the other hairdressers name. This place is budget at best. I wont be back.
