When I went there I found it quiet but clinical. Staff were friendly but the salon lacked a nice atmosphere and staff seemed tense for some reason. The service was adequately executed and the prices were reasonable for that area. Not going back there though as it lacked warmth and didn't seem inviting.

Good service and nice store. It's actually a nice place to go if you want to avoid the more crowded Mocha Joe's up the road. Pleasant and quiet at times with a good selection of food and coffee to pick from. Prices average but reasonable.

Always busy and always friendly service. Bit restrictive area in side due to the amount of tables but otherwise nice environment and service is always prompt and attentive staff who strive to remember the regulars and get to know their name.

Good all over service. Nice items to pick from for a variety of occasions especially christenings and Greek religious traditional needs. Prices are a little on the high side but owner/manager may offer a reduced price depending on how much you spend.

Great staff with pleasant manner and helpful. Stock is limited as this store doesn't carry all the sussan lines due to its size but the staff are always helpful and the store is well presented and neat. Sometimes its nicer to shop in this size store compared to the over crowded bigger stores like Bourke street and Chadstone Centre.

I asked staff if they knew about certain products but seemed to guess at the answer and wasn't overly knowledgeable so was a bit disappointed. Otherwise he was pleasant enough but needs more training into stock and what they carry.

This store is bare and too big for the amount of stock that they carry. Understandably they have reduced their stock levels due to the company going into administrators hands but they need to re-locate the store to a smaller location so it doesn't look so unappealing.
The staff are attentive but the stock isn't very appealing and new stock is rare as they have the same things displayed with very little to choose from.

Great place for chocolate and coffee lovers. Nice re-furb with displays of all their chocolates up the front of the lounge. I didn't mind the old world look of the previous set up but this is more modern looking. The staff are always friendly and attentive and the coffee is great as are the chocolates on offer. Can get busy and have to wait for seating on busy days like weekends.

Great place for gigs. Love seeing all the Aussie muso's in town perform there. Always packed and great atmosphere inside. Stage area is brilliant size. Prices of drinks quite high though. Security always very professional and friendly which is good to see and not gorilla types trying to throw their power around.

I've been going to Vanilla for years and it's a very busy place with great service. They never take their eye off the customers which is great considering how many customers they get through their doors everyday. I do find it a little too noisy at times especially if you have a bigger group and trying to hear each other can be difficult. I also think that the place needs a re-furb now as it's getting tired looking from all the traffic they get. Great selection of cakes!
