Excellent Service. From the moment the appointment was made until Shanen arrived at my door, I was kept fully informed . Very impressed with his attitude and work ethic- he listened to me, then checked the Washing Machine. I was most impressed with his honesty and professionalism when it came to the actual repair work to be done on my Washing Machine. Taking photographs to show exactly what was/ had happened with the machine was. most helpful. Prompt payment of Services -Tax Invoice and Receipt all done on the job within less than 10 mins… and done with courtesy- Have no problem recommending this business to others who may be experiencing problems with electrical appliances .

Advised turn out fee and included labour on website. The designated tech Shanan contacted me asking if arrival before schedled time is o.k. and this duplicated by office. Arrived on new schedule friendly greeting and started on checking appliance explaining likely outcomes and after checking compatability with carried spare removed faulty component and replaced with new keeping me updated throughout. Advised quote based upon expected labour time and cost of part. Tested appliance thoroughly and revised quote downwards as time on job shorter than forecast. Now my go to for appliance service.

Shanan was fantastic! He arrived on time, was organised and came prepared. He quickly identified the problem with our washing machine, and gave us solutions on the spot. We paid $150 dollars for him to come out and tell us what was wrong with our washing machine, which I feel as though was responsible because if he could have fixed it on the spot he would have. We now know that our machine is not safe to use and he may have saved us from a dangerous situation. I would definitely use this company again!

Yes absolutely.. I got Dean out from Always prompt to fix my oven. Communication in booking was great and accommodating. He notified when he was on his way. Turned up on time and professionally and safely repaired and tested my oven and even fixed a hinge..they carry loads of spare parts in their vans. Billing and payment was done on eft on the spot and receipt issued. All left fixed and clean. Great service!!

The business took the trouble to check to see if they had the right part in store before organizing the appointment. The repairmen Shanan rang to advise of a slight delay and worked efficiently and well with a courteous and informative manner. He gave me an estimate of the work before confirming that I wanted to go ahead.

I’m always cautious when using someone new for the first time, but was extremely happy with the service from the initial phone call through to the technician. Admin was very polite, helpful & able to book the job in straight away with a technician who arrived on time & called ahead. Price was also reasonable so I’d definitely recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Customer Service is the best.
Freezer door not closing properly on our Samsung French Door. Called Always Prompt after googling service in Forest Lake.
Spoke to Vicki and she organised for a technician to come out straight away. Clearing explained their charges and I received and email with minutes confirming the job number and charges again. Great job Vicki.

Shannon the technician arrived within 15minutes and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. Very polite and friendly.

We have used Always Prompt Appliance Repairs several times for gas stove and Fridge repairs and spare parts. 1st contact was by phone in which the lady on the phone was very pleasant and helpful.
The serviceman who came out,Shanan,was awesome.Very courteous in letting me know he was on his way and the service provided was great.I would recommend this company to others.I may have paid a little bit more than I expected but the service and peace of mind was worth it.

Excellent company to deal with. Had my fridge repaired promptly about 6 months ago, very professional. Had the same issue 6 months later, they came out within 24 hours and repaired free of charge as it was under warranty. The part ended up being faulty. Would recommend to anyone
