1st contact was by phone in which the lady on the phone was very pleasant and helpful.
The serviceman who came out,Shanan,was awesome.Very courteous in letting me know he was on his way and the service provided was great.I would recommend this company to others.I may have paid a little bit more than I expected but the service and peace of mind was worth it.

Excellent company to deal with. Had my fridge repaired promptly about 6 months ago, very professional. Had the same issue 6 months later, they came out within 24 hours and repaired free of charge as it was under warranty. The part ended up being faulty. Would recommend to anyone

An excellent company to deal with. The appointment was scheduled the same day that i called. The technician was absolutely punctual, almost to the minute. He was neat and tidy, and easy to deal with, and he explained the whole process and what he was doing, and why. 5-star organisation.

An excellent and quick service. This is what I call a very reliable company. I called them on a Monday morning and they came in the same day, repaired my oven in few minutes, and gave me a 12 month warranty. Shanan was extremely polite, friendly and, above all, very professional. My congratulations! Do not waste your time looking for other companies.
