Proceed to the entrance where you will be met by an automatic door. There is a button on the other side that must be pressed to get out. This is your mission.
1. Get inside and be served be one of their staff. There always seems to be at least one that's free, or they will always acknowledge your presence.
2. Select your items and have them explained to you in detail. Feel free to handle any of them as remember, you cannot escape without pressing the button.
3. Remember to talk to them on price. They are happy to negotiate.
4. With your purchase complete, exit the shop with a smile on your face and your wallet/purse a little lighter

All of my expensive pieces fo jewellery have been made by Andrew. My husband picked my engagement ring with Andrew's advice (he had met me) and it is stunning. He gives great advice, but is not pushy. They have stunning, individual pieces and I think they are well priced (but not cheap).
