Absolutely brilliant! Service was excellent, I had to go overseas very shortly and needed new glasses and they were able to have the lenses and frames ready for collection in 36 hours. Unfortunately, the lenses accidently got a chip on them, most likely my own fault if anything. Returned it on a saturday, no questions asked, they took it back and had the lenses remade and ready for collection again tuesday morning, all free of charge! Debra the gorgeous girl that's there during weekdays is especially fantastic, remembered my face and details instantly. Their service is something you won't get at large chain store optometrists such OPSM etc. <br/> <br/>And of course they have an excellent range of frames, I hadn't seen any Gotti frames or ByWP frames anywhere else in Brisbane, but they had quite a wide range. Costs were also very reasonable! Highly recommended!
