Just had a horrible experience and suggest book with caution....a 'no-show' after confirmed booking 3 weeks in advance and re-confirming with them 2 days ago...just to be doubly sure that our furniture removal would go as planned....without stress! On contacting them at 8:30am after no truck arrival scheduled for 8:00am, they tried to contact their driver but had difficulty as they weren't responding to their call?? We were waiting in limbo. After a couple of more follow up calls to them, by 9:30am they conceded they did not know where "their driver" was and then they confirmed they only take bookings and then sub-contracts the work out to other drivers of whom they have no control over. This is far from the perception purported/advertised that they are furniture removalist. We immediately cancelled the booking and contacted another removalist who was actually the management and owned their own truck fleet and staff. Saved the day and had 2 young staff and a huge truck at our house ready to uplift within 2 hours. This is the difference when dealing with a management who can deliver and gambling with using a removalist's broker who doesn't have any real control over their contractors. All I say is be aware when booking any removalist, ask yourself, are they management who can deliver or are they "commissioned removalist bookers" for other contractors and hope & pray the contractor arrives.

Good price and efficient. Staff were fantastic.
