Taking the time to write a review is not something we often do, but we have searched it out because we want to thank you for the fantastic service we received in Brisbane. We were picked up from the airport promptly and for free, given the car nice and quickly and best of all the over all cost of hiring the car for 10 days was not much, the cheapest we've spent on car hire by far. Baby seats were ready to go for us, as we needed 2. When we brought the car back, again, no fuss, we were taken back to the airport at no charge and with a friendly service. Thank you for the wonderful service you gave us!

We have used Apex rental cars a number of times when in New zealand. The cars are clean and reliable, the airport pick ups are great and everyone is friendly and everything is well explained. Have just booked another trip to the North Island with this car rental company based on our previous experiences.

Super service. Free use of 2 child booster seats and gps. Car was in superb condition. Never had such good value and service in renting cars in Australia. Would recommend Apex Car Rental Brisbane to anyone!

We were so impressed with their customer service. Even after our plane was late, and the facility should have been closed, they had stayed open and picked us up from the Airport as promised. The value was fantastic and we couldn't find a better deal. Apex Australia in Brissy were very professional and friendly to deal with. No hidden costs, nothing extra charged to our credit card once we were home, unlike many other competitors.

Apex Rentals Brisbane are great. The carseats were free for our boys, they picked us up from the airport efficiently and dropped us back promptly. The car was nice and the GPS was definitely worth extra money. Would definitely recommend this company.

I recently hired an Apex rental car for the first time after being a loyal AVIS cm for years. Had a Hyundai Elantra auto for 9 days - a most satisfactory, comfortable and economical car for my aged mother and self. Happy to recommend this model for up to 4 adults or family as boot room was surprisingly spacious. Most impressive though was the cost - it undercut my AVIS corporate rate quote by about $180 without a single compromise on product, extras or service. My hire included Excess Reduction to $500 and a Toll Pass ($18). Apex Car Rental - you truly met my expectations plus some! I will not hire again without getting a quote from this business.

The cars are top quality, clean & economical. eTags make using the toll ways a breeze and are cheap to hire and GPS is available to save you time. I always buy the 'Works' package which includes a GPS and unlimited kilometers! Now thats the way to do business!
