The past 3 times I have coloured my hair, they have had to do it twice as the colour does not come out right! The last time is the final straw. The stylist upsold a semi-permanent colour treatment when I went in asking for toner (to refresh the colour) plus a treatment. The colour came out completely different!! They had to try and strip the colour then add a toner, however the colour is still not what it's supposed to be. Even after treatment, my hair is now drier than before. Also, I asked for a trim. My hair is layered and I would expect it to be trimmed all around in layers however it looks like only the bottom parts were trimmed! So now my hair looks like it has been squared off at the bottom. It's not that cheap either, they charge standard prices in the area and for most Korean salons.

friendly workers they try engage conversation with me knowing hair cuts/colours are never one of my desired trips takes ages and boring..they have good recommendations for colour and nice hairstyles.

Ladies haircut is very cheap and even cheaper if you're a student. However maybe due to language barrier my hair cut have never been to my expectation. It's either always too short when I say 'shorter' or too long if I say 'not too short' etc. After a week or so, the hair cut usually looks ok but the initial first few days, I'd usually tie it up.
