Great value, great quality and great service. The girls are lovely and always do a good job. Closed on Mondays but open late on Thursdays which helps!

Always a great experience at this hair dressers. I trust them with everything. Have never walked out with something i didnt like! When i want something different they work with you to get exactly what you want.
Very well priced. I had a ladies cut only and they cut my hair well for the price. My normal hairdresser is a little more expensive than them. The staff are friendly and the shop has good ambience.

My old hairdresser closed her business and I picked Arabella out of the local phone book. I am glad that I did. I have difficult thick hair and have had a lot of hairdressers mess the hair cut up. Not at Arabella, the first haircut was so good I have been back four times now. Each hair cut has been as good as the first. The staff are friendly and the price is very reasonable. I am a very satisfied customer and can recommend Arabella very highly.
I am fairly new to Ballarat & have tried two salons but haven't found that salon with the 'wow' factor yet. Thanks for your review, I will be giving Arabella a try. Cheers Marks15.
I really hate having to go to the hairdressers, as my hair grows extremely fast, so I usually have a number 3 (yes I am a gal.) This is the first time in a long time when going to a new hairdressers, that they don't look at me like I'm mad.
The cut was perfect, and ever since I have been sending all and sundry to go there, as I was so impressed by all the staff, and the price is very reasonable
I have being going to this bright & roomy Hair Salon - ARABELLA for about a year now on the recommendation of an old hairdresser who was moving to another town (and believe me this old Hairdresser was fussy) !!
I myself have worked in the hair industry (though not as a hairdresser) for sometime in Melb before moving to Ballarat & I almost always find it so hard to find a SUPER HAIRDRESSER !!!
... I won't mention the two hairdressers names that have done my hair at ARABELLA (one having been there awhile & the other just having started) as they might likely be a little embarrassed about the ' huge wrap ' that I am about to give them as they are just so TALENTED .. & they honestly listen to you as to what you are after in colour, cut & style !!
And the handy hints/tips that they may give you are such a BONUS to know.
Not to mention their upbeat & FRIENDLY personalities !!
... I always come out of the salon feeling like a million bucks$$ !!!
