We arrived just after 8:30pm on a week night. It took 20minutes for someone to come and take our order (nachos entree, Spag Bol and Marinara Pizza mains). Our Nachos turned up and took up about 1/2 the table - big plate, and small table. There was hardly any room for plates and drinks. 5 MINUTES LATER our mains turned up - we had hardly scratched the entree. On inquiring why the rush - were took they were closing at 9:30, and would we hurry up.

We had the best meals, we've bought for a long time. I had Kangaroo - wow it was fantastic! My husband had Scotch Fillet-cooked to perfection, and eldest daughter had Lamb Shanks.
We were amazed at the cost- at least $5 cheaper than another venue we use to go to, as well as really quick service, and a wide range of options from the self serve vegies and salad bars.
We couldn;t recommend Sebas Bowling club high enough
Approximate cost: $18
My daughters saxophone has been damaged, so I took it to Midwest Music to be repaired (expecting it needed to be sent away to be done). Steve - amazingly, has now had to repair it twice in a week due to a tutors interference, and on both occasions has been nothing be helpful and has gone well above what was expected
We were ordering fish and chips for lunch, for one of the guys birthday. This was a phone order, and was told about 15mins. When I entered the shop, I was informed our order had not been processed yet, as it may have been a hoax.
That's fine, but let me tell you, the smell of oil, and the colour of it, were absolutely dreadful.
The steamed dim sims were undercooked, while the chips were sogging and extremely oily. The only thing doing for it, was at least the flake was reasonable.
Approximate cost: $28
We have 2 girls, and their favourite thing is to stop at maccas on the way thru to Melbourne. Firstly, the whole order was keyed incorrectly - and this is going thru the driveway, so we could see she was keying it in wrong. Then we were charged for 2 happy meals, but told only 1 was ordered - did check as she was again keying it in, and informed that I can't add up.
Then made to wait, with people behind us, because the extra happy meal - that I had to pay again for - was an extra order, and had to wait until all the other cars had been served
Then to top it off, the chips were all black, and some still frozen, and the coke was SOOOO watered down, we had to throw it out.....
Last time I go there
During the school hols, the kids away - we will play.
Anyway, tacos took our fancy - so we headed to Zaragosa.
We were very surprised with the size of the meals. We ordered the mini nachos as an entree between us, and it was huge!
Then as a treat we tried the 1 1/2 size of Frajita's mixed. yet another surprise, with all the extras that came with it.
There certainly was enough for both of us, with even leftovers that we couldnt possible fit in
What a horror - we went for the "meal deal" on Monday night, and will NEVER RETURN. The coffee machine was broken, the ice cream machine was broken, the pizza's were undercooked, there wasn't any crockery or cutlery available, as they forgot to turn on the dishwasher. The drinks we ordered, did not arrive until after we had finished our main me.
To top it all off, the whole family has been "running to the loo" for the last 2 days.
Approximate cost: $17.95
I have two girls (11 and 7) that love their swimming, but they were looking for another sport to do. Since my older girl is so "unco" I didnt think they would even last the 12 week trial period.
Well, its now at 11 weeks since the girls started, and they are so loving it. Both are due to grade for their first belts.
The best thing is, there are 12 different sites and 12 different times or days that anyone can attend. This means if we turn out to be busy, the girls don't have to miss out for that week they can go to another session.
The staff are wonderful, and very approachable.
Approximate cost: $9 a week
I've visited the Golden Nugget probably once or twice a month since they opened in the old KFC building, and always order the same thing - I know, thats sad. Anyway, went there yesterday to order my chocolate eclair and white hot chocolate, only to be "informed" they have never had white hot chocolate. Why the staff couldn't just say, they don't do them anymore, is beyond me, as I didnt enjoy being belittled for wanting something I've always had from there. I know I'm only one person - but they lost a customer yesterday
Wow what a variety of nights. Thursday is Seafood night, Friday is Steak night, and then Sunday is a 2 course meal. There is also al la carte, and a fantastic area for the kids to play in while they wait for their meals. So I wasn't surprised when holding my birthday there, that the food was extremely satisifying and well presented - with EVERYONE enjoying their choices. The staff were more than helpful and those who had never been there before, saying they will return.
