Quality comes at a prices. Have decide to purchase from this shop as they are close to me and very cheap prices. However, poor service and scam prices. Purchase on advertised price, however have received a call saying price is no longer available and if I want this I would have to pay full price. So I went with it. Have waited 3 month to get my products and ring numerous time and cannot give accurate time on stock available. After a month, I think they have completely forgotten about products. After 3 months to finally receive my product to found out that the package is open.

Service at ARC seems to be quite good with a personalised sales rep when placing an order. Here you can ask about computer parts and be offered tips and recommendations without the pushy services of other places. However, pricing here is an issue. It is not the cheapest place in town but they are able to match prices at an extent. So if you find a cheaper price but are willing to sacrifice a few dollars for quicker and personalised service, then ARC is good.
