One of the best Thai restaurants in Sydney (apparently the best by their awards). They serve not only the traditional fare of green curry, pad thai etc but also chef specialities and other new dishes. The place is always packed so try to get a reservation first. The prices are a little steep but the service is worth it as they assist you in every need.

A fantastic experience. The food is the some of the best in this Asia-Pacific region and their world ranking reflects that as well. Their degustation menu is fabulous but pricey at $185pp. However, it is an experience of a lifetime as some of the food you taste will be way more than the palate can ever expect. Reservations are booked months and months ahead and the experience itself takes around 3hrs.

If you're after a good quality chinese meal, do not stop at this restaurant. It does not have good taste but seems like it skims on good produce to push out cheaper meals. For instance, a seafood noodles dish would usually have real fish, prawns, scallops etc but at Wok King, you are paying for seafood filler and fish balls. However the quality, it is still cheap.

A very experienced physiotherapist in the area who has worked at this practice for decades. Treats all types of injuries and workcover claims. He is a very honest and trustworthy physio who will get straight to the point. Badside is, he is not the most friendliest and open to conversation.

A good local physiotherapist who looks after you quite well. His name is Ngoc (Knock) and has been treating patients for years. Treatment usually costs around $50 per visit and is health fund rebatable. Very pleasant and has helped with many types of pains over the last few years.

An Arabic convenience store that sells most typical goods. Prices are a little higher than others along Auburn road but is more quieter so you don't have others bumping into you in the small aisles. Even if you're not after ethnic foods, you can still get your cheap groceries here ie. 2L milk=$2.70.

Good, highly stocked store with lots of variety. The styles tend to come off as a little extragavant and exaggerated but there are a lot of down to earth styles at good prices. However, as the store is large with a lot of uninteresting items, it will be time consuming to find a good priced, down to earth shoe.

Very good food in an area of high competition. Prices are somewhat high though but food usually does not disappoint. The Yum Cha menu is one of the best (and priciest) in the area. However, it is more comprehensive and offers greater variety than other Yum Cha restaurants.

Good simple takeaway store that has been in the area for decades. Brings out the same reliable food such as burgers, chips and kebabs. Has been a favourite with the locals for a while with chips and their chicken salt as one of the more common choices. Prices are cheap and reasonable.

One of the cheaper comprehensive travel insurance companies around. Pricing does depend on where you're travelling and how long you're staying but for most venues and durations, this will be the best place to find travel insurance. It does not have as much cover as the premium companies though.
