If you plan to go here then I advise to call up and book a table beforehand as this place is always crowded and you may have to wait along time to get a table. The food is delicious as others have noted. They have the best tandoori chicken. The customer service is also good. However, the waiting time for the food to come was long. We had to wait 25 minutes for out starters to come out and another 25 minutes on top of that for the mains to come out. The serving size for the main dishes is also relatively small, even by fine dining standard. For example, the fish curry dish we ordered had exactly 7 small pieces of fish and the sauce occupied approximately 85% of the plate.

My favourite Indian restaurant. The service and the quality of the food is always superb. Special diet options are available. The atmosphere is lovely - doesn't feel too big or too noisy but is an elegant dining experience. Staff seem professional and remember the little touches like re-filling water glasses etc.

We ate here last month and it was amazing... Hubby loves indian so we eat at alot of indian resturants but this was beautiful... although it probably isnt the cheapest it was worth the extra few dollars....

There are quite a few Indian restaurants on O'Connell Street, unfortunately we tried Aura first. The food is sensational. The dining area is really nice. The waiting service are a little annoying, they persistently try a push extras on you. The prices are definitely at the top end of Indian dining, but fortunately so is the food. The highlight was the Chicken Tikka Masala accompanied by chilli cheese naan.

Excellent fine dining Indian restaurant. Staff were extremely fast and efficient. Food was served almost immediately and perfectly cooked. It is a little expensive, but well worth it for the quality and service.

Best Indian Restaurant in Adelaide right up there with Jasmin, although I would now rate Jasmin as 2nd best! The service is 5 star like silver service, the staff are very friendly. The food is absolutely delicious so fresh and tasty. Best Garlic and Cheese Nann. They have some different meals on their menu that I have not seen in other indian restaurants. I love indian food and sometimes when I eat indian food it does not agree with my stomach the next day, but with Arya the food is fresh and it did not repeat on me and you cannot smell the spice when you go the loo LOL like I do when I eat Indian food from other places. Bonus that they are in the entertainment book so you get discount. I will go back there again, yummy.

This is my favorite Indian restaurant in Adelaide...the food is excellent and i would say it is at par with one of the best restaurants in Adelaide.. service is also good

Our dining experience was fantastic..the food was excellent.. we have visited this restaurant several times,however the quality and service has remained consistently good, and the food keeps getting better every time. Fantastic menu,luv the goat curry..staff are very friendly and service is excellent..strongly recommend

This is a great new Indian restaurant. It is quite upmarket (but the blue lighting is a bit at odds with the ambiance). The food is good and tasty, and there is a good range of gluten free options
