Prompt professional service at a fair price. What more could you ask from a skilled contractor? We found Sam to be very customer focussed, helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Did a top job on spring and bearings replacement in less than an hour. Highly recommended and we will certainly be using ASI for all future service and repair work

I am happy to have contacted Sam. He provided me with some times to come around for a quote and was prompt when he arrived to quote me. He took the time to look at the issue and make an assessment and provided me with a reasonable quote on the spot. I found him to be open, honest and easy to speak to without feeling spoken down to in any way. I booked in for a service on the spot and he came a couple of days later. He was running late from other jobs, which I figured was the case - he was good at responding to me about ETA and I was happy with the work he did to fix/service my garage door. I would recommend him to anyone else!

Can highly recommend Sam who was able to provide an emergency repair on the weekend. Very prompt and efficient service!

The service was very prompt. However we required the chain just to be fixed. We were told that the motor was broken and needed to be replaced. Therefore we asked for that comment to be added to the Invoice for the purpose of claiming on Insurance due to being a rental property. Despite 3 requests to obtain the appropriate invoice wording they would not provide this information. I have my doubts that the motor was broken as it was only the chain that was off the rails in the first place. Mechanic was efficient but probably wouldn't use them again if their policy is to just try to push a new motor instead of repairing the fault.
