We were more than happy with ASI garage door repairs. I was in a big pickle with my roller door jammed with my car inside the garage. The guys came out that very say and fixed it for me in no time. The guys were very friendly, helpful and polite and they even showed me I had a button on the cord that I could use to open/close the door without having to use the actual remote. That’s something I never knew and now saves me a lot of time. Thank you ASI. We would highly recommend your service.

Very happy with ASI. From initial contact to completion of job they were professional and quick. Despite being busy contacted me back immediately (several other companies I'm still waiting for call backs,48h later). Explained the job and cost. From the very first phone contact with Sam from ASI his concerns with my issues was immediately evident and process initiated to address was effected. Sam arranged for Craig to call on the next business day with the tools and also maintained personal constant contact with me throughout. certainly giving me a feeling of satisfaction. Motor was replaced in no time and workings explained by Craig.

Third time using ASI and as usual, it's been excellent. Sam and his team (Craig this time) did an excellent job replacing an existing Merlin M-230T garage door opener with a Merlin Commander Elite, with myQ Connectivity Bundle, myQ Remote LED light along with replacing the existing door springs and rollers (which were well beyond their expected service life). Craig also ID'd an additional issue with a door cable which I didn't know about and replaced both sets on the same day for a marginal additional cost. Install and service of the hinges was done exceptionally well by Craig with all components installed tidily and the 20 year old garage door now feels and sounds as if it had been newly installed. Pricing is always exceptionally competitive (thanks for that Sam!). Highly recommended for all your annual garage door servicing, repair and replacement needs.
