I called to arrange repairs to a washing machine, he was happy to work around my work schedule, I asked to called 30 min before he arrived he did so. Washing machine fixed promptly. Cost was reasonable. Due to my fumbling before the repairs, some screws were loose which affected the pump, I called and he came back the next day and fixed my fault and did not charge and was freindly throughout. I can deffinately recommend Astra. They can aslo source new appliances too.
The man experienced with all sorts of repairs, shows up when he says he will, polite and explains everything with understandable language. He has fixed several machines - washers and dryer for us over years.
I had problem with my washing machine for months. I called a couple of service person to fix but not satisfied. Finally I found this company from WOMOW and I got all problem solved.
Very honest with us about our machine. Advised us to replace it rather than repair because the repairs would cost almost as much and couldn't be guaranteed to last, due to cockroaches being so good at shafting electricals.even gave us good advice on which brands were the most reliable. Very fair call out fee.
