We have been waiting since January for a replacement part for our system. We have just been ignored and forgotten. Would not recommend at all. Next step is to get a refund and complain to Consumer Protection.

The team at Ausind Solar did an awesome job. It was refreshing for the staff to not be in a rush and do all the small finishing touches that make for a pain free and excellent installation. I would highly recommend Ausind Solar to anyone thinking of going green.

Two solar systems installed over past year, both times Ausind staff went over and above what I had expected and surpassed other solar companies I had install solar system on other properties, although they were very good as well.
Ausind went to the trouble of going on the roof and actually measuring how many panels would fit in at the quote stage because it was borderline. Other companies just went with the plans and google.
The sales person was a technical expert not just a sales person like some other companies that use the usual pressure tactics. I am technically minded and really appreciated the information and the unbiased way it was used to give my family the best possible outcome.
After sales service includes a check to ensure the system is delivering expected results.(It was).
Living near the coast means salt resistant panels are required. Ausind fully understood this and supplied quality panels. Only one of the five other companies I rang understood this, with one salesman telling me they didn't exist and another telling me he had installed non salt resistant panels all along the coast and they were unnecessary!
Ausind are the most ethical and efficient company I experienced amongst solar installation companies. They are genuinely keen to make an environmental improvement and are at the forefront of emerging technology.
