I bought three PAR 38 flood lamps from here and having been a previous customer felt confident with the purchase. However, when two of them failed within the first couple of days, [they would suddenly dim to half power], I went to return them expecting a refund but was rudely told that my house wiring had caused them to fail, because they had never had a problem with these units before.!! I was told they were doing me a favour by replacing them with the same brand. I'm certainly not happy with the attitude shown towards customers here and would not recommend them.

I was looking to buy floor lamp and had done some browsing around in the general furnishing/lighting shops in the Nunawading/Whitehorse road locality. This shop was very friendly and had offered additional services. I had a dimmer switch added and it was completed on the spot. The owner was very apologetic for keeping me waiting while he completed the checks and testing on the new switch. And then he help me load it into the car. Fantastic service and happy to return for all my future lighting needs!
