Very Bad Customer Service. The lady that served me was older and obviously on her high horse. I went in there to pick up 2 parcels, they had my partner's name on them but i was a signatuory on the box and she wouldn't let me have them because my last name was different as i have converted to my maiden name. After showing her proof of my married name (which ironically was on an Australia Post Customer Card) and proof of my maiden name along with photo ID...she still refused. I had to have my partner come in and collect them. When he asked to see the form that I had signed to show the lady that i was actually allowed to collect and that my married name was correct, the lady lied to him and told him that there was never any form, when i had sighted it the day before. VERY DODGY!

I wanted to send some mail, not only was he willing to charge me the wrong price ($4 more than I was meant to) but when I pointed out it was wrong he was SOO rude to me.. and told me good luck in getting it for the price I am use to. I walked away for a second, came back to another assistant who promptly charged the RIGHT amount..
