I went into bunnings to buy something that had been advertised in their catalogue that started only that day. There wasnt any on the shelves so I tried to find a customer service assistant.. it took forever and then they said they had more up the top but WERENT willing to get any down until the next day.. I was unable to come back, so I ended up buying elsewhere. Not happy at all.

Happy with Neds, they provide a wide variety of products at fairly reasonable prices. Almost always they have all the products they advertise. Their staff are usually friendly and quick to serve you.

Great pricing, good quality food and friendly service I was very happy with this shop and would happily return frequently even though its a lot further away than my normal shop

I wanted to send some mail, not only was he willing to charge me the wrong price ($4 more than I was meant to) but when I pointed out it was wrong he was SOO rude to me.. and told me good luck in getting it for the price I am use to. I walked away for a second, came back to another assistant who promptly charged the RIGHT amount..

I was very impressed, they have great service, never seem to have as many delays friendly staff, and decent space. It makes flying a lot better especially when you have young children to entertain etc

This is a rewards program for answering surveys, You have to answer quite a few surveys to get any reward you can redeem also they dont send the surveys very often and the surveys only last for 24 hours or so, So I have to log in several times a day to get anywhere

I love the idea but it takes sooooo long to build up points to get rewards, it seems that I am on there quite a bit for not much reward, also they send out a cheque which means it takes even longer to clear

I went into spotlight for two things. One I found after searching for ages and it was VERY expensive. The other thing I needed help with but couldnt find anyone to help and when I finally found someone they were so RUDE I didnt even get out of them what I was asking and left in utter disgust

They NEVER get your order correct, you can specifically ask when ordering and then again when they hand over the meal to make sure you have what you ordered and you can still get home sometimes and its wrong. They seem to employ morons

Other than the fact that they never have frozen coke/milkshake machines working they are sluggish, ignorant and never listen to your order therefore having to always repeat yourself at least once and you always have to 'remake' your burger
