I am a current student at the academy, and can't recommend this business highly enough.The trainers are wonderful, , so caring and nurturing. .Our classes are small so we receive a lot of personal attention. we have the most beautiful facilities and the latest in equipment.All the girls in my class are wonderful, and Im making some wonderful friends as well as starting an exciting new career.

Excellent facilities, and amazing spa treatments. I have had a microdermabrasion today and I absolutely loved it! It was fantastic, the girls are so lovely. Amazing experience I will be back again!

Absolutely disgusting ownership and management if you are a student! Of course they are putting a nice front for the customers!!
The nice photos are nothing but misleading advertising!!! In winter they force you to eat on a dirty tiny open balcony that is absolutely freezing while the teacher of course eats inside!! Before they take your money they give you the grand tour of the place which has a nice big kitchen which she says we can use but after the enrollment... different story!!! Our teaches said that is not to be used the excuse being that crumbs attracts cockroaches!!! They also make you sign a paper in which you have to agree to conserve this and that for the environment!! What they fail to tell you is that this will translate into ZERO HEAT in the classroom in winter !!! The chairs are ice cold and even though we all added so much clothing under the uniform that made us look like penguins, we were in absolute pain from the extreme cold! It was absolutely disgraceful!!!
None of us girls were happy either that at the end of each day they make you scrub the place from top to bottom including the full mirrored elevator!!! Ohh I almost forgot! The crappiest uniform they give you, it's NOT included in the atrocious fee you pay for this course! That is a separate excuse for them to make money of course and it's $130 for something that is the most horrendous quality ever not to mention some of us girls got pants that were different shade than the top !!! Mismatched $10 uniform made in China sold at $130!! Stay away from them!! If you are looking for a beauty course go somewhere else!!! There are plenty amazing companies out there ! Don't let yourself fooled by advertising and catchy words like "academy"!!!
They rented out a space and make money out of the students fees and out of the customers without having to ever pay employees for those spas !!! These people are all talk and advertising!!

I have been going to the Australian Academy for treatments for over 5 years. and recommend it very highly Yes the girls are students and are learning but that is why prices are so low. I have always found the students very professional, and the trainers are always coming into the rooms helping the girls perfect their skills. Last week I had the most amazing hot stone massage and facial, with 2 lovely students.Thank you Australian academy

Would not recommend! Treatments were very average. Manicure was awful! Brought a package for a friend and the first therapist left half way through and then someone else had to start. The appointment ran very late and they didn't even finish the package. They blamed her (for running late) and offered no compensation. Would not return!

Love visiting the Academy. Yes, it's a student spa, but I think this makes the quality of it even better as they are monitored by qualified & professional beauticians. Great service, great prices and an easy to access location.

All the therapists are students, but don't let that stop you they are so well trained and very professional. As they are students the prices are really reasonable, and there are great monthly specials.

Good products great treatment list and most importantly really Really REALLY Affordable prices. you can get a 1hr massage for $55 a 1hr facial for $49 or a 2hr facial with massage for $79 there are monthly/seasonal specials (depending on what students are learning) on the website

This is a learning beauty spa. As the therapist are students prices are exceptionally cheap. The service is absolute great and the treatments are wonderful. Be prepared to fall asleep during a massage - they are that good. great bargains for combined treatments.
