We chose Aust Solar doctors after trying numerous other providers whom we found to be more focused on selling a system rather than understanding our needs. From the outset Vaughn sought to understand what we wanted. He was the only one to do a proper cost/benefit analysis to advise us on the size of the system to meet our electricity needs. His admin staff assisted us throughout the application process and ensured we received our full entitlements. The day of installation reinforced the professionalism of the company, the installers arrived on time, worked hard all day, were friendly & helpful and made the installation process fast & efficient. I would highly recommend Vaughn & his team, they will still be around to support us when many others have vanished.

Professional and efficient service from diagnosing the problem to installation of the new system.

One of the best companies I have dealt with in a very long time. My original solar installers could not help me with a fault I was having. My inverter was intermittently switching off. They told me to reset it by switching it on and off like a computer. I did that about two times a day for about a month and they still would not come out. I did some research on the internet and read some great reviews about Australian Solar Doctors. I called Australian Solar Doctors and they handled everything. They came out and tested the inverter. That passed. They then went up on the roof and identified the solar panels were faulty. They undertook all the required investigative work (they came out a couple of times as the solar panel supplier need information about the panels). They then claimed a warranty against the solar panel suppliers on my behalf. The office team kept me informed all the way and were amazing to deal with. The electricians that came out and replaced the panels were wonderful. They were extremely polite, hardworking, nothing is too hard attitude, very friendly / approachable, and always happy to answer my questions. I think they have set the benchmark. Australian Solar Doctors have provided service to my system twice in 2020. Firstly as a general maintenance check and secondly to replace a faulty inverter. They have been efficient and responded quickly despite being situated some distance from us.
The workman were knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Central office were wonderful to deal with, analysing what was required and sourcing information.
Nothing but praise for this company.
