One of the best companies I have dealt with in a very long time. My original solar installers could not help me with a fault I was having. My inverter was intermittently switching off. They told me to reset it by switching it on and off like a computer. I did that about two times a day for about a month and they still would not come out. I did some research on the internet and read some great reviews about Australian Solar Doctors. I called Australian Solar Doctors and they handled everything. They came out and tested the inverter. That passed. They then went up on the roof and identified the solar panels were faulty. They undertook all the required investigative work (they came out a couple of times as the solar panel supplier need information about the panels). They then claimed a warranty against the solar panel suppliers on my behalf. The office team kept me informed all the way and were amazing to deal with. The electricians that came out and replaced the panels were wonderful. They were extremely polite, hardworking, nothing is too hard attitude, very friendly / approachable, and always happy to answer my questions. I think they have set the benchmark.
