RIP OFF and ZERO TRANSPARENCY!! I wish there is a NEGATIVE STAR rating on Google Reviews, such was the experience. Super Pathetic!! I have to give an extremely negative review in this case and completely agree with Mr. Rick's review/experience below. I was given a quote for normal service cost. Once the car is in the centre, the manager spoke about fixes that needed to be done in the car but NEVER told how much the extras are going to cost. If the customer forgets to ask about the extra cost, it is the responsibility of the business to inform the customer transparently about the cost. Manager Craig shows NO transparency to the customer. I ended up paying FIVE TIMES MORE (5x) than the original quote. This is extremely poor from Auto Masters. Customers who are professional and decent enough would pay off but this will not happen with everyone.

I also mentioned about a particular problem with my tyre and the manager NEVER said they will not do any tyres. He asked me to bring in the car and see what they can do with the tyre. Later, I found out from another staff member while collecting the car that no tyre service/fixing is done there. To me, it looked like the manager just wanted to rip off the customers. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

With repeated instances happening (as we can see from other customer's feedback below), Auto Masters's management should look into this and advice the Manager to be more transparent to the customers. Otherwise, you are losing lots of existing customers.

I will NEVER recommend my family and friends to go here unless this issue can be fixed by the management.

I highly recommend Auto Masters, very efficient, friendly, first class service received and my wife won $1,000 via their Bin Chicken promotion with Nova so that was even better.

Very honest guys,dropped the car off with alarming symptoms but simple fix and there were no attempts to push for unneccessary work. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

I took my Triton in for a 120k service, the guys were great
They never tried to sell me unneeded extras, they told it how it is, which is a nice change. They called to update me before I picked it up.
My first time dealing with these guys and certainly won't be the last.

Hi,these guys are the BEST I've taken my Hyundias to them for the past couple of years and they are alway Pleasant Efficiant and Puntual ,can't rave enough about them,keep up the great work guys.Oh and a coffee machine wouldn't go amiss lol.

Our family has been using Auto Masters Canning Vale for the past few years and their service is always good. We send 4 of our cars there, if there are any issues they always call us and do everything they can to get the car back as quickly as possible. They always provide options if a service becomes expensive.

As a female not all mechanics are the same. Some take advantage. The guys at auto masters canning vale are great. They look at your car tell you how much it's going to be up front. They can do a full book service.
