Absolutely horrific customer service. I arrived at 7:30am to no one at all around, reception was late and was not informed that hire car could not be released until 8am. Why would I book a 7:30 drop off to just wait around for 30minutes. Would not recommend if you have to attend work in the morning. Refused to let them service my car due to delay.

When we arrived to open the store at 7:20, you stated that you had been waiting since 7am. We offer our loan cars free of charge as a service to our clients. We are unsure where the confusion around your booking time has come from. We hope we can be of assistance to you in the future.

This is not correct the booking was stated over the phone and confirmed for 7:30! There was not reception at 7:30 and I was not waiting from 7am I was there at 7:25am for my appointment at 7:30. Then was told the hire car could not be released for until 8am.... now why would I wait around for 30mins after I was spoken rudely by your late reception staff member.

I have used Autobahn, Canning Vale about 10 or so times for our two cars. I was impressed with their pricing, and have never felt that they fixed something that didn't need to be fixed! I also like the fact that my car comes back clean inside and out. Happy client.

We have been taking our car here for the last 3 years. It used to be very good and they'd do a thorough check of everything when we took it in for a service, but each time we take it, it seems that less and less attention is paid to it. It's still good though and we will keep going back. Pricing is pretty average I think. A good service they offer is dropping you back at home/work when you take your car there, then pick you up to take you back to the workshop to pay your bill and take your car home - this makes things a lot easier.
